Principal and Licensee, Howard Morley, is the Immediate Past President of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand, a Registered Valuer, an Associate of the Arbitrators and Mediators Institute and has more than 35 years of real estate industry experience. As a company we have been providing body corporate administration services for more than 15 years.
Auckland Property Management’s Body Corporate Administrators have sound knowledge and experience of the Unit Titles Act and other legislation such as the Building Act. We believe that in order to successfully manage and administer the common areas of any building and to ensure that long term ongoing relationships are maintained with the upmost integrity; the Body Corporate Secretary must be seen to be totally impartial in their relationship with proprietors, developers and Hotel or building management.
