For more than 30 years, Auckland Property Management have been specialising in Residential Property Management from Orewa to the Bombay Hills. Our current portfolio extends to more than 700 managed properties, many clients having been with us from our early years.
As a member of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand, we pride ourselves on our dedication and commitment to upholding the best practices and professional standards of this organisation. Our team of seven full time Property Managers and two leasing agents provide a full range of services from letting to full service Property Management. Principal and Licensee, Howard Morley, is the Immediate Past President of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand, a Registered Valuer, an Associate of the Arbitrators and Mediators Institute and has more than 35 years of real estate industry experience.
Howard heads a growing team of experienced Property Managers and has provided them with the latest management systems, computer systems, software and administration support to provide efficient, personal and timely property management.
