apm Brand Journey – Changing our look, but not who we are

apm brand is changing, read on to learn more!

Founded in 1991, with a vison of exceptional property management, we have spent the past 31 years creating strong relationships with our clients, tenants, contractors, suppliers and team members.

We have grown significantly and have expanded our range of services to include residential and commercial property management, body corporate and residents’ association management, holiday home management, facilities management and our new service of HomeWatch (property management for your property/home while you are away). Through these services we have been fortunate to build a great reputation in the industry and it’s due to this that we have been able to expand some of our services beyond the Auckland region.

After 31 years we decided it was time to update our look to better reflect who we are today. An important consideration in our brand refresh was our desire to keep our history and strong presence and heritage in Auckland, while also being able to build our business outside the region.

With that in mind, we are excited to announce that we will now be known as ‘apm’.
You may have already seen us use apm previously, however now it’s official!

Our logo has been refreshed, and brand colours have slightly changed. You will start to see these changes filter through your interactions with us as we gradually update our templates/systems/documents/online presence.

With our updated name comes updated email addresses. We have had the apm.kiwi domain in our emails for a while but now this version will be the primary email.
