Legislation Update – Letting Fee Prohibition

APM has thought carefully about how we as a property management company will manage the removal of letting fees due to the announcement that the Residential Tenancies (Prohibiting Letting Fees) Amendment Bill was passed in Government and comes into effect from 12 December 2018. Monday 24 Dec – 8.30am – 3.00pm

Tuesday 25 Dec – CLOSED

Wednesday 26 Dec – CLOSED

Thursday 27 Dec – 8.30am – 5.00pm

Friday 28 Dec – 8.30am – 5.00pm

Monday 31 Dec – 8.30am – 3.00pm

Tuesday 1 Jan – CLOSED

Wednesday 2 Jan – CLOSED

Thursday 3 Jan onwards – 8.30am – 5.00pm

What to do if you need emergency maintenance over the holidays

Contact your Property Manager ASAP if there is an emergency like:

  • The oven is not working
  • There are issues with your plumbing that pose a Health and Safety risk
  • There are issues with your electricity e.g fuse blown
  • There is a safety risk or something has damaged the property

We suggest that if you cannot contact your Property Manager via the phone, then please leave a voice message and text them immediately.

For any other repairs that are needed, please email your property manager, or use the free Maintenance Manager App, to submit your maintenance request and your Property Manager will be in touch with you in the New Year.

TIP: Be proactive – Be sure to check that your ovens are working correctly and report all maintenance immediately as the closer the holiday season is, the harder it will be to book tradies.
