- We also do all our routine inspections using the latest digital technology to generate videos tours for you to see. This can potentially benefit you if you are overseas as you can walk through your investment four times a year without even leaving the comfort of your chair! You will always see the condition of the property (as opposed to a checklist) so you can have peace of mind knowing your property is well looked after.
- We also do listing videos for your property. These are also professionally edited and are loaded into the advertisements for people to view. This helps reduce vacancy times, increases online applications and also creates a fourth website through YouTube to advertise your property.
- We use a 24/7 online booking system to capture enquires at any time of the day and any day of the week. This ensures no potential tenants are lost, thus reducing vacancies between tenancies.
