James Bangerter, Commercial General Manager announces our new Commercial team members!
The last couple of months have been very busy for the Commercial team since the acquisition of the James Group portfolio of properties which has more than doubled the number of commercial and industrial properties we have under management. Any acquisition has its challenges and the whole team has worked very hard to ensure a seamless changeover for our new clients. Our accountant Don has worked tirelessly making sure any minor glitches are dealt with efficiently.
The purchase of the portfolio required us to recruit two new property managers to work as a team to give the clients continued exceptional customer service and we are glad to have found two exceptional candidates, Ian Muir and Danushka Hettiarachchi. They have settled in well and are working extremely hard getting to know their clients and the properties and reviewing all aspects of the portfolio.
Thankfully we have been well supported by James Group who are just a phone call or email away which has helped in maintaining a smooth change over.
We also welcome two other new members to the team, Matt Cooper and Bernie Sheehan. Matt already works for APM in the Body Corporate division but has taken on a small number of commercial properties. Many of our client’s properties are in a Body Corporate so his experience of the Body Corporate world brings valuable knowledge to the team. Bernie is our Commercial Property Assistant on Waiheke Island and we are quickly finding out that she can do anything and goes above and beyond without being asked.
We are very proud of what we have achieved so far this year and look forward to the continued growth of the portfolio and the division over the rest of the year.
