Body Corporate Manager

Due to our continued growth, a Body Corporate Manager is required to work at Auckland’s leading Body Corporate Management Company. We require a self-starter with exceptional people skills to join our busy team. Initially, we are offering a 12 month fixed contract to provide cover for one of our Account Managers set to go on Maternity leave in 2021, however, there is the potential for this role to evolve into a full-time permanent position after the initial first fixed term.

The position will suit someone with an interest in the property and the skills to manage people.  A tertiary qualification in property, commercial property management experience, and/or experience in the Body Corporate industry is preferred, however not essential, and training will be provided. You will inherit a small portfolio of properties to manage initially with the capacity to grow over time.

The position is a full time, however, you will be required to attend meetings outside of usual business hours and utilize your own vehicle.

The successful applicant will be able to multi-task and communicate with a cross-section of people.  You must have excellent people skills, be articulate, and possess the confidence and ability to chair and manage Body Corporate meetings.

Auckland Property Management utilizes cutting-edge technology so you must have the ability to master this technology to deliver the best possible customer service to our clients which is paramount.  An important facet of the Managers role is the management of the financial accounts, so sound financial knowledge is also important.

Body Corporate Support

A busy and vibrant Body Corporate Management Company seeks an accounts all-rounder, with excellent accounts and administration experience and skills.

The successful applicant will be able to multi-task and communicate with a cross section of people, you must have excellent people skills, be articulate and possess the confidence and ability to problem solve and work autonomously.

The role includes reconciliation of financial reports for our portfolio of Bodies Corporate, internal trust account reconciliation, accounts payable / accounts receivable, issuing of disclosure statements and utility on-charging.
