Assistant Body Corporate Manager
A Body Corporate Assistant Manager position is required to work at Auckland’s leading Body Corporate Management Company. This is an entry level opportunity. We require a self-starter with exceptional skills to join our busy team. Initially we are offering a 12 month fixed contract to provide cover for our current Assistant Manager who is set to go on Maternity leave in late 2021, however there is the potential for this role to evolve into a full time permanent position after the initial first fixed term.
The successful applicant will not necessarily have had previous Body Corporate experience but be able to multi-task and communicate with a cross section of people. You must have excellent people skills, be articulate and possess the confidence and ability to problem solve and work independently.
You will assist the Body Corporate Managers and the Administration team and be given responsibility to overview and personally manage some of our existing systems. The position will suit someone with an interest in property and the skills systems and processes. A tertiary qualification in property and/or experience in the Body Corporate industry is preferred, however not essential, as training will be provided.
