Rent & Water Arrears Policy
Below is an example of the risk-free Arrears policy for water and rent that all tenants with Auckland Property Management must sign when they rent in of our properties.
Under the Residential Tenancies Act tenants are required to pay their rent by the date noted on the schedule in their tenancy agreement and it must always be paid in advance.
Should tenants have any difficulties in paying their rent , then tenants are to notify us as soon as possible. This office does have a strict policy on the payment and collection of rent and water invoices and tenants will receive a number and variety of reminders which should not be ignored. The reminder notices and frequency are listed below:

There is no deviation from this schedule and it is the strict policy of this office that all employees adhere to it.
This policy is signed by all tenants named on the tenancy agreement.
