With our Residential Property Management Client Login we have made it easier for Owners of rental properties to access information about your property online at any time, from any location with internet access, no matter where in the world you are.
What you can see
You have access to useful information relating directly to you and your rental investment properties, such as historic statements, income and expenditure statements, details of invoices, transaction history and much more.
Navigating the Portal
If you have multiple properties, you can see details in the ‘Portfolio’ tab and you can toggle between correspondence relating to each different property in the ‘Diaries’ tab.
If you have multiple different Owner accounts you only need one login to see them all. Once you are in the portal, you can select the button ‘Select Account’ in the top left hand corner, and that will toggle you between your different Owner accounts associated with different properties.
Click on the ‘Client Login’ icon below to take you through to the portal. You will need to enter your primary email address and your own personal password you created. If you do not remember your password, please click on the ‘Reset your password’ link. If you did not receive an email asking to set up your own Residential Client Login please email [email protected]
Note – your username will be your email address.
