With our Residential Property Management Client Login we have made it easier for rental property Owners to access information about their properties online at any time, from any location with internet access, no matter where in the world they are.
What you can see
You have access to useful information relating directly to you and your rental investment properties, such as historic statements, income and expenditure statements, details of invoices, and transaction history.
Navigating the Portal
If you have multiple properties, you can see details in the ‘Portfolio’ tab and you can toggle between correspondence relating to each different property in the ‘Diaries’ tab.
If you have multiple different Owner accounts you only need one login to see them all. Once you are in the portal, you can select the button ‘Select Account’ in the top left corner, and that will toggle you between your different Owner accounts associated with different properties.
Click on the ‘Client Login’ icon below to take you through to the portal. You will need to enter your primary email address and your own personal password you created. If you do not remember your password, please click on the ‘Reset your password’ link. If you did not receive an email asking to set up your own Residential Rental Client Login please contact your Property Manager.
Note – your username will be your email address.
