- The Flexi Plan offers a lower rate with separate fees. As an example this may suit an investor who has a newer or recently renovated property requiring less maintenance hence incurring less maintenance costs and fees.
- We also offer the All-In Plan that offers an all-inclusive fee. This may suit investors looking for regular outgoings in their portfolio which assists with budgeting of expenses and revenue. We will not be the dearest or the cheapest company in town, but if you think hiring a true professional is expensive – just wait till you hire a cheaper amateur.
