Best Practice / Relieving Manager
Giselle joined Auckland Property Management in 2016 as the Best Practices Manager. Giselle is our go-to person for all internal systems and processes including training, support and improvements to keep the team working efficiently.
Giselle has worked with property for over 13 years, from conception, development and project management, through to letting, managing and on-selling. Giselle has found over years that it is the diverse nature of the property industry, along with her ability to find the right balance between people management and the physical management of the property, which has kept her captivated.
Giselle loves that no two days are the same in property management and enjoys getting to meet people from all walks of life, whilst being able to share her knowledge and help people overcome the challenges that they may face.
Giselle puts her passion for property down to a very popular board game – Monopoly! From the age of 7 she was hooked and since that time has aspired to play Monopoly in real life, something she believes she has found in Property Management.
Before joining Auckland Property Management Giselle lived and worked in other countries around the world, spending time in England, Ireland, Hawaii, Melbourne and everywhere in between! Although she loves to travel, Giselle always finds her way back home to good old New Zealand.
Being an investment property owner herself, Giselle knows what is needed and expected in order to maintain and build a good investment for the future.
In 2019, Giselle was appointed the Team Leader for our Waiheke Office.
