Katie, a qualified Chartered Accountant since 2008, joined the Auckland Property Management team in 2021 as the Team Leader for the Residential Financial Department,
Before moving to APM, Katie was the group accountant for CPG Hotels for 8 years, a hotel chain with 15 hotels across New Zealand. Prior to CPG hotels, she worked for Auckland Museum for about 9 years starting as an Assistant Accountant and was then promoted to be their financial accountant.
Previous roles have seen Katie have responsibility for the preparation and analytical review of monthly P&L reports and financial statements, Cash Flow management, annual budget implementation, oversight of Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, payroll and also assisting the annual budget preparation. Katie brings a wealth of knowledge to the team and we are glad to have her join us.
Katie is fluent in English and Mandarin, and in her spare time she likes reading, cooking, and watching TV dramas.
