Melissa Wharerau

With over 10 years in the property management industry, Melissa has built her career as a specialist here at Auckland Property Management. Having joined us in 2010 as a Property Manager, she focused on growing her residential portfolio on the North Shore, where she has lived for 19 years. Due to the experience and expertise she developed over these years, in 2017 Melissa was appointed as Team Leader for the North Shore Team and managed five Property Managers along with her own portfolio of managed properties. In early 2019 Melissa was appointed the Systems and Training Manager for the residential property management division and then after deciding for a bit of a career change and challenge, moved to our Body Corporate Division where she is currently a Body Corporate Manager.
Melissa is passionate about the property industry, and loves to work closely with investors and developers to continue to deepen her understanding of the industry. She loves the property industry and the people that she meets along the way.
