Personal character references are always checked, along with a range of other relevant checks including current wages or income confirmed and current and previous rental references are followed up.

Rent Collection

Rents due and other tenant debts are carefully monitored to ensure payments are made promptly. Maintenance – We can organise all property maintenance for you and our preferred customer trade services discounts can save you time and money.

Managing Vacancy Rates

Our experienced team has extensive knowledge of how to keep our investors vacancy rates down. They manage the timing of the period of a tenancy so that renewals happen at times of strong property rentals demand in the market. Bond payments are collected and registered with the Tenancy Services Bond Centre to help ensure you as a landlord are protected.

Tax

Annual summaries of your income & expenditure for tax purposes are available on request. The cost of our services are all 100% tax deductible.
