Our Property Managers have the following tips and reminders for tenants to ensure things run smoothly in your home.

Looking for a new home?

When looking for a new home make yourself a checklist – Is the home insulated? What type of heating does it have? What rooms get the most sun? What’s the neighbourhood like? These types of questions to a potential property manager or landlord can help you decide what the best home is for you. If you are planning on moving, take a look at the properties we have available.

Remember to check your Smoke Alarm

With the holiday season approaching it’s a timely reminder to test your smoke alarms before you leave on your holiday. If there are any issues with your smoke alarms, please contact your Property Manager.

Summer activity ideas

Get outdoors this summer and take advantage of all the beautiful walkways and activities you can do in Auckland, and better yet they are FREE:

Walk along the new 5km coastal walkway in Hobsonville Point – Te Ara Manawa Hobsonville/Onekiritea Coastal Walkway https://hobsonvillepoint.co.nz/coastal-walkway-opening

Go volcano hiking – Auckland is surrounded by cones and craters including the most noticeable Rangitoto, Mt Eden, One Tree Hill, North Head, Mangere Mountain, and Mt Albert – How many can you do?

Who doesn’t love a lighthouse? Between 9am – 5pm one of the few visitor accessible lighthouses in New Zealand, Manukau Heads Lighthouse, is open to the public.

Visit Silo Park, they often have free events throughout the summer including outdoor movies and events – fun for all ages!
