What am I buying?

You are buying a freehold fee simple 2 or 3 bedroom terrace home.

The terrace homes will be on a Freehold Fee Simple Title. This is one of the most common forms of ownership in New Zealand.

Is my Deposit safe and where does it go?

Yes your deposit is always safe, it is held in the Solicitors Trust Account until it is time for settlement.

Where will the deposit be held and will it be interest bearing?

Your deposit will be held in trust by solicitors Vodanovich Law as stakeholder. Interest will accrue to your favour with interest earned, less usual fees and withholding taxes, reducing the final settlement amount.

What is the First Home Grant?

What is a First Home Loan?

The first terrace homes will be ready to occupy by Quarter 4, 2020 and the sunset date is 15th December 2021.

Kitchen appliances include cooktop, wall mounted oven, dishwasher, and range hood.

When will settlement of the purchase be required?

Settlement will be required when practical completion is achieved, the title is issued and code of compliance certificates are available.
