Since the 1990s, Auckland Property Management Ltd have been specialising in Residential Property Management. Our portfolio extends from Pukekohe as far north as Orewa, and over to Waiheke Island!

We pride ourselves on our dedication and commitment to upholding the best practices and professional standards that define this organisation.

Principal and Licensee, Howard Morley, is a Past President of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand, a Registered Valuer, an Associate of the Arbitrators and Mediators Institute with more than 40 years of real estate industry experience.


Personal Service:

We believe our service is quite unique at Auckland Property Management Ltd. We employ staff with real life experience and the relevant Property Management qualifications. Their experience allows them to better understand and appreciate their tenants’ needs and concerns.

Our Managers will inspect your rented property at least 4 times a year, so they are aware of any issues that you may be concerned about. The Property Management team are supported by office personnel who ensure total professionalism in the delivery of our services. Our Property Managers are easy to contact and ensure that their portfolio consists of a range of tidy rental homes that tenants can enjoy living.

If you have a read through our Tenant Info Centre, you will see we provide a full range of services that give our tenants of our managed properties assurance that your tenancy will be managed in a professional manner, strictly within the guidelines of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986. With over 400 years of combined experience it’s fair to say our Property Managers and Letting Agents are specialists when it comes to the property management industry.

Each Manager has extensive knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986 and work with both tenants and owners, to balance their obligation to their property owners with the right of their tenants to the peaceful enjoyment of your rented home. Some of our managers and administration team have been with Auckland Property Management since day one, which has allowed us to build a foundation of excellence based on experience, expertise and trust.
